Agnes is a recurring character in The Suite Life of Zack & Cody who plays a minor role in several episodes. She is portrayed by Allie Grant.
Story
Agnes appears first in "Crushed", where she is seen to harass Cody because she thinks he is in love with her (Cody was looking at Saturn's Rings while holding her hand and automatically thinks your engaged). When Cody sends Zack on his date to gross Agnes out so she will leave him alone, she falls in love with Zack instead. Now that both of them have had to deal with her, they hatch a plan for her to see just how annoying she can be.
Agnes appears again in "Election", where Zack promises that she can be his queen once he is elected to student body president.
In "A Midsummer's Nightmare", Agnes is part of the play that Zack and Cody are in. Though she has a crush on Zack, the feeling is not mutual, and she does everything she can to prevent Zack from kissing Gwen, his real crush.
Agnes appears one final time in "Club Twin", where she is simply seen as a regular patron of their club.
