Bailey Pickett is a girl from Kettle Corn, Kansas. She attends 7 Seas High and share a room with London Tipton. She pretends to be a boy in the premiere episode(pilot).

Her real gender is found out in the pilot prior to Suite Life on Deck. She shares rooms with London Tipton. When her gender was revealed in the pilot. Zack finds out and keeps it a secret. Though trying to have a relationship with her, she develops a crush on him. Once her secret is found out. She thinks London agrees to be her roommate, but London flees to Parrot Island. Bailey has guilt after this and goes to Parrot Island. At Parrot Island, she finds a pet pig which she names Porkers.

When they go looking for London, she, Mr. Moseby, Bailey, Woody, Zack, and Cody become cell mates. There, it is revealed that Bailey doesn't really want to start a new relationship yet because she still hasn't gotten over her old boyfriend Moose. Eventually, Porkers ends up saving them by getting the key for them.

She becomes a Candy Counter Girl similar to Maddie Fitzpatrick later in the series.
