Brandi Tipton is Mr Tipton's 5th wife. She arrives at the tipton very excited to see London. When London meets her new stepmother she is not happy, and to make London happy, Brandi takes London and Maddie on a shopping spree. London is happy about that, but when she learns that Brandi is not excepting London to wear short and tiny clothes, it forces London to get mad and yell at Brandi, which causes Brandi to ground London. London storms out, and Brandi has a talk with Maddie. Maddie is too into the shopping to care, though.
Brandi and Mr Tipton aren't married long, and she isn't mentioned anymore, after this episode.
