|Brother Theodore with Woody and the twins, seen second from the left|
|Lives In:||Monte Carlo|
|First Appearance:||"The Silent Treatment"|
|Last Appearance:||"The Silent Treatment"|
In the episode "The Silent Treatment", Cody leaves the S.S. Tipton to join the Brotherhood of the Hooded Brothers after his break-up with Bailey. Brother Theodore is the leader of the group, and is very strict about the rules. One of the rules is that there is no talking when the bell rings, for it is a time for reflection. If you do not follow the rules, you get a time out. At the end of the episode, though, Brother Theodore gets tired of the Brotherhood of the Hooded Brothers and asks Zack and Cody to take him with them back to the S.S. Tipton.
Brother Theodore is built with a slightly large frame and is completely bald, though it is unknown if he is actually bald or just wearing a bald cap, though the former is assumed. He wears a traditional monk-style brown cloak with a white rope around his waist. Unlike many religious cultists or officials, he does not wear any kind of pendant or necklace to represent his beliefs.
