Daniella Monet is an American actress who portrayed the role of Dana Wohl in the episode,"Benchwarmers". She also plays the role of Trina Vega alongside Victoria Justice in Victorious as Tori Vega's untalented older sister.
Early Life[]
She was born Daniella Monet Zuvic in West Hills, California. Her father's family is from Chile, and has Croatian and Chilean ancestry. Her mother has Italian ancestry.
Monet is a vegan and supports animal welfare causes. She posed for a PETA campaign that encourages students to refuse to dissect animals in the classroom. Monet also supported Ariana Grande's word to people to stop supporting SeaWorld after Grande saw Blackfish. As part of PETA, Daniella Monet did an ad for them where she portrayed a mermaid when it came to telling people about humans consumption of fish. She became a vegetarian at age five and vegan since the age of 13.
In December 2017, Monet became engaged to Andrew Gardner after seven years of dating. On April 3, 2019, the couple announced that they were expecting their first child.
