Frankie is a clumsy maintenance woman on the S.S. Tipton. She was helping Mr. Moseby make the Aqua Lounge in "Bon Voyage", and appeared a second and final time in "Graduation Day", was when she was tearing up the ship. She is always seen with a hardhat and a blue suit. She says later that she wants to become the future Mrs. Tipton.
