Hector is one of the Esteban's friend, who only appears in A Tale of Two Houses.
Biography
First Years
He was born in Peru, Esteban's country, in the same state of Esteban. When he was a toddler, he met Esteban, and they became best friends.
Middle Years
When they finally their studies, they go to United States to search work, when they was already in USA they find work, but exactly which they was searching. Esteban wants to be a famous baseball player, but when he was in USA, he was recruited in the Tipton, as the bellboy (when Mr. Moseby was up to Tipton's Manager). And Hector, how they want to be near, he opens a Hot-Dog Store near the Tipton Hotel.
Actually
In A Tale of Two Houses, it was said, Hector knows all the notices about Peru, because he told Esteban his family was in the power again.
Later, when Esteban's family was removed from the power, Hector's family entered the power, and he starts to be not a friend of Esteban, because he is poor.
Description
When he was poor, he was very charismatic, and even hugged the people. But when his family got to the power, he starts to be as London's aptitude, because she was "teaching" him how to be rich (also, she did the same thing with Esteban before).
