Ilsa Schicklgrubermeiger-von Helsinger Kepelugerhoffer (known premaritally as Ilsa Schicklgrubermeiger) is a character that appears in The Suite Life of Zack & Cody as a villainess in several episodes. She was a hotel inspector from Germany in her first appearance.
Story[]
Ilsa has much experience in the hotel-inspecting business and enforces her work with a strong attitude. After being fired from Tipton Industries, Ilsa became the manager of the Saint Mark Hotel, the Tipton Hotel's heaviest competitor located just across the street. At the Saint Mark Hotel, Ilsa also looks after Mr. St Mark's son, who once tried to go out with London after falling in love with her. In general, Ilsa is just a mean, Indophobic, and also Sinophobic German hotel inspector that is the archenemy of Mr. Moseby, the Tipton Hotel, and the Tipton family. She is very scary, as even Carey Martin screamed in terror upon seeing her again, and she proudly stated that she "once bit a shark."
Ilsa was later fired from her job working as a Tipton hotel inspector, due to her cruelty and inability to inspire true loyalty in employees.

- "Schicklgruber" was the surname of the father of Adolf Hitler until he changed it in 1876.
- Ilsa has a dog named Blitzkrieg. "Blitzkrieg" (German: "lightning war"), refers to a military tactic used by the German army in World War 2. London described it as being more of a piranha than a dog, since she ran outside, faced it and ran back in two seconds later with her clothes in tatters. When confronted by the threat of having Blitzkrieg set on her, Maddie immediately fessed up about London and Todd's whereabouts rather than face the aggressive dog.
