"Loosely Ballroom" is the 25th episode of the second season of The Suite Life of Zack & Cody. Esteban is in charge of the getting the Tipton Hotel dance team ready for dance competition the Tipton Hotel is hosting. He is trying to win the top prize of $1,000 for his sister's Quinceañera in Mexico. He recruits Carey, Mr. Moseby, London, Lance, Jessica and Janice, Zack and Cody to be on his dance team.

- The title of the episode, "Loosely Ballroom", is an allusion to the 1992 film Strictly Ballroom. The episode was also called "Strictly Ballroom" and "Ballroom Dancing" as working titles. The title might also reference the TV show, Strictly Come Dancing.
- The German episode title is "Darf ich bitten?", meaning "Shall We Dance?".
- This is the first episode where Maddie doesn’t appear due to Ashley Tisdale filming a music video of "Kiss The Girl" for the Platinum Edition version of The Little Mermaid. Additionally, this is Maddie’s only absence in Season 2, as she was never absent in Season 1.
Goofs[]
- Zack asks Cody if Zack ever told him he loved him and Cody says no, but Zack said "I love you" to Cody (and also the other way around as well) in Day Care when London used a relaxation technique on them.
