Naomi Wyoming is an alter ego of Bailey Pickett. She is a spoof of Hannah Montana. She only appeared in When in Rome. Bailey used this ego to get back London Tipton's money from Luca and his uncle Marco.
She has a producer called Lil' Mo who is the alter ego of Marion Moseby. (Probably a spoof of real-life rappers such as Jay Z.) He is a rapper, with a "hit single" Bang Bang. He had to perform this in order to convince Marco that he was so famous he could get into a posh, expensive reaturant.
