They are only engaged I do not think anyone knows what happened after that since suite life on deck ended after season 3 I kind of wish they would do a spin off series with Mosby and Emma tut willer that would clear things up because she does not get mentioned when Mosby works at the New York Tipton hotel in the Jessie epsoide Karate Kid-Tastrophy (ShadowhuntersChroniclesFan123)
