Cody finds a way into the pagent dressing room, and puts on a girl's wig to disguise himself. He tries to talk to Rebecca, but can't. Eventually, Cody becomes Tyreesha Jones, who is a recently quit contestant in the pagent. He does so under his brother's urging to buy some bikes with the prize money. Cody as Tyreesha befriends Rebecca, and goes to a sleepover with other contestants,to Zack's anger. At the sleepover, Cody finds out that Rebecca wants the money to become a vet.
