In this episode Cody and bailey are upset about their breakup. Woody and Zack finds out that Cody went to The Brotherhood of The Hooded Brothers, and London decides to ask Miss. Tutweiler to help Bailey forget about Cody and move on. Zack and Woody decide to go to The Brotherhood to get Cody but it ends up that they have to join to come in, and they get stuck in because of high tide. Zack convinces Cody to leave telling him about the life he could have out of that place. On the other side Bailey and London go to Miss. Tutweiller's suite and it is full of cats. They cut out pictures of their boyfriends from scrapbooks, eat ice cream and play with cats and London offers to buy clothes for Bailey which she accepts.
