Todd St. Mark is the son of Mr. St. Mark, the man in charge of the St. Mark Hotel. He briefly went out with London Tipton in the episode: Cookin' With Romeo and Juliet.

Todd wants to become a dentist, and he was currently at the Tipton for a dentist convention. His father is Mr. St. Mark, whose hotel business (the St. Mark Hotel) is in competition with the Tipton. It seems that Todd does not like Ilsa, because she is mean and ugly.
